Why can't I transfer my entire balance to the table?
If you deposit to your ECash Direct account you may find that an additional sum of money has been added to your Account (e.g. if you have deposited $50 to a new account you may find that $100 is in your ECash Direct Account), but the additional sum of money (the extra $50) cannot be transferred to your Poker account. This is a bonus given to you by the Casino, and must be wagered in the casino (or bingo room) before you can withdraw it. This additional $50 will NOT affect your rights to withdraw any of your deposits or winnings from the poker software, which are 100% available for withdraw 100% of the time. How can I play on different currency tables?
InterPoker also allows you to play in different currencies than dollars, so players in our Dollar, Euro or Sterling casinos can enjoy the excitement of InterPoker as well. If you would like to join a table that is not the currency of your ECash Direct Account you can do so in exactly the same way as joining a table of the same currency, with the one important difference that your default currency will be exchanged for chips in the currency of the table.
You will be told how much the exchange rate is when you join the table. This exchange rate will be exactly the same when you come to cash in your chips on leaving the table. If you buy _40 chips at a cost of $35.05 and leave the table with exactly _40 in chips your dollar Poker account will be credited with $35.05. NO COMMISSION IS EVER TAKEN for the conversion.
When I leave the table why do my funds not appear in my Poker Account immediately?
There are two reasons why this may happen.
- If you are sitting out of a poker game (but still at a table) the funds will not be shown in your poker account until you leave the table and the current hand has finished. Once you have left the table and the current hand has finished, wait a minute or two and try again your funds will appear in your Poker Account.
- Upon leaving a table it can sometimes take a minute or two for your table balance to be transferred back to your Poker account. Your Poker Account balance will be updated as soon as the current game of the table you were on has come to an end.
I won some money in a Free-Roll, but I can’t see it in my account. Why is this?
If you have never made a deposit to your ecash account you will not be able to see the winnings from Free-Rolls and Poker Points Tournaments. In order to release the winnings simply make any deposit to your ECash account and you will see both your deposit and winnings appear.
